The room was clean and comfortable with adequate amenities. THe staff was friendsly and helpful. The location was an easy walk away from most of the main attractions of the area. Nice pool, spa, barbecue area.
The advertised kitchen was barely adequate - no kitchen sink (had to use bathroom basin for dishes) and minimal cooking facilities. The furnishing in the hotel is tired - a makeover is needed.

The free tea and coffee were great. The hotel is located right by a supermarket which was handy. , the rooms were clean and well-maintained.
The advertised free Wi-Fi was non-existent during the entire stay which was frustrating. the hotel was located right next to a busy road making it noisy and difficult to get a good night's sleep.
